  • Team Coaching
    Your team is not performing well or there are “hot spots” that need attention. This is more the norm than you might think. We first work with the team to really understand the issues and then work together to address them. By surfacing and addressing the issues head-on, the team develops a greater capacity to perform. This is accomplished by building skills, deepening connection and increasing alignment. Team Coaching is a process of working with the whole team – over time - to develop its collective leadership and collaborate with all key stakeholders to fulfill its mission and evolve the business. We coach with teams on the following topics: Mission, vision, values, strategy and goals Accountability, agreements and commitments Efficient meetings and decision making Effective allocation of resources (reducing waste) Leading and navigating change Building trust and cohesion Resolving conflicts and differences Candor and courageous authenticity Alignment with key stakeholders Leading across boundaries (breaking down silos) Integrating new team members Building energy and resilience
  • Executive Coaching
    The most successful leaders and entrepreneurs have a coach to support and challenge them as they navigate the complexities and demands of their roles. These leaders know that they can only be successful if they develop their capacity to a level that meets or exceeds these demands. When they don’t meet the required level of development, they will be in over their heads, struggling to keep up. This most frequently occurs following some kind of change - new company, new role, new boss, changing job demands, etc. Some key features in our coaching approach are: The use of powerful self-awareness tools that support clients to address blockages and live in their full aliveness An approach to leadership that builds not only new skills but a fundamental shift in sense-making A methodology that includes embodying radical responsibility enacting change Access to some of the best leadership tools and practices available Complete flexibility in how best to use your time - you are not bound by the traditional 1-hour coaching model Re-purpose any coaching session for strategy work, conflict resolution, team work or key stakeholder alignment A typical coaching program will last anywhere from 4 to 6 months.
  • Conscious Leadership Essentials
    This event is for organizational leaders and teams to explore the essential concepts and tools of conscious leadership. You will have the opportunity to explore, in depth, how you are relating to a specific issue of your choosing and learn the shift moves to become a more conscious leader. The workshop is highly experiential and interactive. It can be delivered live in-person or virtually. You will get an understanding of: The essential concepts of conscious leadership What your personal reactive patterns are Reliable ways to return to and lead from presence Best practices for sustainable leadership As the experience is transformative, clients frequently engage in multiple follow-on sessions or coaching for individuals and teams. The potential for growth is unlimited.
  • Leadership Training
    We typically don’t do off-the-shelf trainings. Instead, we work with you to determine your needs and then design the offering around them. Programs are typically designed with some of the following leadership topics in mind: Energy Leadership Four Pillars of Integrity Navigating Change Leading in complexity Leadership Coaching Emotional Intelligence Managing Performance Navigating Polarities Leading the team Communication and Candor
  • Group Facilitation
    Not only do we work with teams, but we work across teams and in larger groups This includes working with departments, functions or other key stakeholder groups. Typical engagements include: Leading strategic change initiatives Supporting the alignment of cultures e.g. post-merger Facilitating company offsites Working with departments to break down silos Running Leadership Forums Supporting functional or community group retreats
  • Conflict Resolution
    We believe that conflict, when addressed, leads to growth, creativity and better relationships. When not addressed, it leads to toxicity, drama and wasted resources. Our mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate through conflicts and transform relationships to deliver better results. We deploy the principles of Conscious Leadership, Nonviolent Communication and & Relationship Systems Coaching to do the work. As each situation is unique, we use a tailored approach. We also believe that if you look deep enough and without scarcity, everyone can get their needs met – just not in the way they originally thought. The conflict resolution process can be done as a team, with larger groups or separately with individual partnerships. It typically involves a number of steps: Interview key stakeholders to get a deeper understanding of the issues Introduce key frameworks, as needed Individual coaching session with each person Facilitated group or relationship coaching sessions to surface and resolve differences Follow-up sessions to create a win-for-all and sustain the gains
