Meet Brendan Geary

Brendan is an executive coach, leadership development consultant and group facilitator. He works with leaders and teams to address relationship isssues, improve performance or solve business challenges. He has a wealth of experience and practical wisdom gained from his extensive experience and training.

He began his career in the UK working as a psychologist for the British Railways Board. Following that, he moved to the USA where he worked in various leadership and consulting roles. He was on the Executive Leadership Team for a global supply chain company where he led significant culture change and transformation. He held leadership roles at Transamerica and Bank of America and consulting roles at Organization Effectiveness Consultants, Aon Consulting and the Compensation Design Group.

He typically works with leaders who are facing complex challenges, leading change, scaling the business, wanting greater team alignment, getting ready for their next level or who are new in their role. He works with a wide range of clients from start-ups to global corporations.

Whether through executive coaching, team coaching or group facilitation, the common thread is that he brings exquisite awareness to the client about how they are creating the results they don’t want and to equip them to create the results they do want. The work involves “getting under the hood” to examine relationships, patterns and beliefs and then working together to create new structures that support intended outcomes. His clients move forward with greater freedom, energy and impact once they work with him.

Brendan has a relentless passion for leadership and personal growth and has dedicated most of his professional career to this. He continues to be a student and teacher of leadership.
