I'm Brendan Geary, an executive coach, leadership consultant and facilitator.

I began my career as a psychologist and have since spent more than three decades working in leadership, consulting, coaching and organizational change. I have held senior roles in major organizations, served on the executive leadership team of a global business and worked with leaders across industries, cultures and levels of responsibility.

That experience matters. I understand leadership not only as a coach looking in, but as someone who has worked inside complex organizations, led change and experienced the demands placed on senior leaders.

My style is thoughtful, direct and practical. I help clients look beneath the immediate problem, understand what is keeping it in place and find a more effective way forward.

I continue to be a student of leadership because the work is never finished. Leadership is not a fixed set of techniques. It is an ongoing practice of becoming more aware, more capable and more useful to the people and organizations we serve.
